The purpose of this letter is to inform you that during this unprecedented time of the outbreak of COVID-19, we plan to stay open and continue with business operations as normal. Our distribution channel--manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer--provides a vital and key service element to our communities. We will do everything in our power to provide continuity as the wholesaler in the supply chain. We cannot predict if disruptions will occur but keeping your store(s) replenished and stocked is our priority.
Also, please know that we are trying our best to minimize your exposure by our wearing nitrile gloves and (soon) masks as we process your orders. If employees are immunocompromised or are feeling ill, we are asking them to go and stay home. We are also practicing social distancing.
